Please read these Terms and Conditions before using Ajoyo. They form an agreement between you and Bonifade Technologies, the company that provides the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Ajoyo (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use Ajoyo on behalf of an organisation or event team, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for them.
2. Description of Service
Ajoyo is an event planning and guest experience platform. Features may include event pages, guest lists, invitations, RSVP, QR check-in, schedules, directions, gifts, wallets, media galleries, team workspaces, and related services. Features and availability may change as the product develops.
3. Account Registration
To access the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update this information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscription & Billing
Ajoyo offers a free plan and may offer paid monthly, three-month, six-month, or yearly plans. By starting a paid plan, you authorise the stated charges and any applicable taxes. Fees and refund eligibility are shown at purchase and remain subject to applicable law. We will provide reasonable notice of material pricing changes that affect an active subscription.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any regulations. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; introduce malicious code; attempt unauthorized access; or use the Service to store or transmit infringing, defamatory, or unlawful content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts violating these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original software, design, and branding belong to Bonifade Technologies or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
7. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of guest data complies with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without implied warranties. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bonifade Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Bonifade Technologies, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue in good faith.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
